When using Internet Explorer (9) on a Windows 7 equipped computer to access Connect, you may not see the Navigation and Tool bar below the main top banner. To resolve the issue, you must place Internet explorer into "Compatibility Mode". To do this, simply click the "Compatibility" icon near at the top of the browser in the address bar area. Attached are screen shots of the browser showing no Navigation and Tool bar as well as one showing the Navigation and Toolbar after putting IE into "Compatibility" mode. The "Compatibility" icon is circled in red. This icon acts like a toggle so you can turn "Compatibility" on and off as needed.
